POINT TO NOTE: A processing fee is added to every lb and each package weighing 15LBS and more attracts a handling fee. Items valuing $100 USD and more will attract customs clearance fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Invoices are needed by PacHaven Courier to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and values for each package entering the country through our service. Failure to provide an invoice will result in delays of clearing your packages at customs as well as your package may be assigned a higher value than its actual value by the Customs Officer inspecting the shipment.

  • You may opt to schedule a delivery by providing your FULL NAME, DELIVERY LOCATION, and your CONTACT using the delivery request option on your dashboard. Delivery may be requested for the same day if same is scheduled before 12:00 noon on that day or otherwise delivery may be scheduled for the next day during business hours.   • Packages may be picked up at our designated local pick-up point in Old Harbour St. Catherine. Contact us on WhatsApp at 1(876) 214-2116 if you have any further questions.

  • Packages valuing over $100 USD are subject to customs duty charges. To avoid customs duty, please be sure that your order total remains below and does not exceed $100 USD.

  • Packages are uploaded according to the batch they are received in. Once your package has been delivered to our Florida warehouse, it takes us up to 24 hours to fully upload the batch that it arrived in for it to then be reflected on our system and on your dashboard. If 24 hours have been exceeded from the time you received your delivery notification and you still have not received an update from PacHaven Courier, contact us immediately. Please review your address information entered when ordering to ensure accuracy.

  • PacHaven Courier will notify you when a package is ready for pick-up or delivery and awaiting payment via email. You are allotted a fourteen (14) days grace period in which you are required to make payment and retrieve your package(s) from the date you received the ready for pick up/delivery notification from PacHaven Courier. After fourteen (14) days your package(s) will begin to accrue a storage fee of $250 JMD for each added day to include holidays for small packages and $400 JMD for larger packages such as boxes and barrels. Packages not accounted for within thirty (30) days after you have been notified will be considered forfeited by you and will then be disposed of at the discretion of PacHaven Courier

  • We have a first in first out policy. Therefore, the first package that you would’ve received a pickup notification for is the first package that will need to be paid for and picked up. You may pay and collect each package at separate times if you wish in accordance with our FIFO (First in, first out) policy.

  • All packages entering through Jamaica Customs are subject to be opened and inspected by a Customs Officer to validate the invoice and the actual contents that the package contains, after which they are resealed by using cello tape.

  • It is mandatory that you attach the company prefix / your unique number when entering your address. If you inadvertently forgot to attach this code / unique number to your address when ordering, then your package will be classified as “Unknown”. To remove your package from the “Unknown” status, this process takes up to 2 weeks to be completed and will attract a fee of $400 JMD. Kindly note that you will need to provide the correct tracking number for your package(s) to initiate this process. Once completed, your package will be shipped on the next shipment day, on which you will be notified.

  • If your package appears to be misplaced or stolen while under the care of PacHaven Courier before storage fee was applied, then you will be refunded the total amount to include any discounts paid via the payment method you used when making the purchase.

  • Please note that all invoices are required to be submitted before arrival of your package in Jamaica for Customs clearance. Failure to complete or submit an invoice will result in your package being uncleared until a completed invoice is provided. An additional fee of $1200 JMD will be charged for additional services rendered.
